We need to allocate more funding for NASA. To do this, we should limit the amount of monetary aid we give to other countries per annum to at most $20 billion. This can be achieved by not just giving money to countries, but instead overseeing where it goes. This would help us save a lot of money. This extra money needs to be used by NASA.
