NASA, and all other organizations dedicated to research are underfunded. Science is key to a prosperous future. NASA is the cause for our every day comfortable life-style. They created, or helped create, most of the stuff we take for granted every single day. I'm not saying the military isn't important, but if you just stop getting into every country's business, we can take some funds from the military and give them to NASA and they can do research to better humanity.
