Allocate a portion of land within the boundaries of the U.S. to form a separate nation governed by its black populous.

We, the African American citizens of this great nation, petition the U.S. government for a portion of land within the boundaries of the United States to form a separate nation governed and ruled by its black populous. Blood of generations of black americans has been shed in these and other lands in service to and at the hands of America. Transgressions by America against its black citizens are well documented. From slavery to continued denial of our God given and constitutional rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to the millions dead and millions more imprisoned in poverty and penitentiaries, the pursuit of happiness can never be achieved if the other two are denied. True equality can never be a dream realized under these present conditions. God Bless America.
