Harambe and Bantu were two Western Lowland gorillas who sadly perished due to a gunshot and cardiac arrest respectively. In honor of them, I propose that the Senate takes a portion of the US millitary budget in order to fund the training and equipment of two Western lowland gorrilas named after Bantu and Harambe to be used in the fight against global terrorism.
