100% service connected veterans living oversea's as they can not afford to live in the USA need a fee basis service for all medical conditions. Even in the Philippines where I live we have a VA clinic but can only get limited services and only for the service connected items, not like free eye and dental care we get in the USA. ANd getting CHAMPVA to pay anything on family is a joke.
