Several bills have been introduced to allow 100% totally disabled veterans the right to fly Space Available on military aircraft. The space available on military aircraft is underutilized and allowing totally disabled vets this privilege would not only honor them for their sacrifice, but raise needed funds for military morale health and welfare programs through increased fees. Several bills were passed in Congress but the military hierarchy continues to stall implementation.
