As a citizen of Maryland I have noticed an incline in the usage of Marijuana and the countless arrests and fines given to these citizens. I believe as a unit people generally are more productive in their workplace. This does not include allowing this on school grounds or in the workplace. I believe it should be used for recreational and medicinal use only. My grandmother passed last August due to cancer and her doctor worked in D.C. and because she was not a citizen of D.C she was not allowed to be prescribed medical marijuana to ease her sickness and final days. I'm pushing this petition with my blood, sweat, and tears to allow our minds to be free and to change the outlook on the usage of Marijuana, so please,your signature would mean a lot, and hopefully they hear our voices about this.
