There are thousands of tobacco users from ages 18-20. The recent law passage in California, making the sale of tobacco to citizens under age 21 prohibited, is unfair to tobacco users who exercised their right to smoke prior to the law change. We are aware that it would be a far too complex process to completely reverse this bill passage, so we ask, at least, that current 18 year old adults can continue purchasing tobacco products instead of abiding by this abrupt law.
