Allow the 2nd amendment to grant people the right to bear arms nationally.

Allow the 2nd amendment to do what it was intended to do and allow any citizen, who has not had their right to bear arms revoked, to open carry in any state, district or territory. The only exceptions being government buildings, schools and any private organization that doesn't wish to allow it. Any citizen that has not had the right revoked should also be allowed to conceal carry in their home, private business or vehicle. Also, there should be one federal concealed carry permit that is universal in any state, district or territory. Any law abiding citizen with a CCP should not have to worry about which states have reciprocity with their issuing state.
