The Constitutions grants the citizens of the United States of America the right of secession if they feel that the government hasn't been providing enough help. We don't want to start another Civil War and have millions of innocent citizens killed.
The United States of America has been in a deep financial hole over the past few years because of unnecessary spending. We the citizens of the U.S. are always the ones who have to fix its problems, while the government did little to nothing about it.
