I am aware that the Obama's immigration Reform 2013 includes this, but I am only creating this petition to show my support and express my personal point of view.
Practical reasons WHY I feel this bill should be passed as soon as possible:
1. A person who have lost the job really need some time to come out of it and to think about what he needs to do next.
2. A person with any family member being ill or hospitalized need to first take care of the family member and then take time to think about travelling back to home country
3. A mother whose baby is ill and also have lost the job can only first think about her baby's health and then think about travel procedures.
4. A family may need time to sell belongings such as house and household things before making the move to home country.
