Allow 90 days to obtain number of signatures on petitions.
As a disabled person I can only use the Internet to circulate my petition. Even those able to go out to collect signatures, 30 days is too short.
Our government can't get decisions made face to face, yet we are pushed to get action accomplished within a very short time frame.
