In 2006 The Government placed a ban on the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R. The reason for the ban was because Nissan never crash tested the car and never gave an emissions report for the car therefor making the Engine Illegal. The reason we should allow these cars to be imported and checked off as street legal is because it is our right and our duty as American to achieve our own Pursuit of Happiness to carry on the American dream. These cars would also increase jobs and business in America as cars cost money to take care of and have maintenance done. There is no reason to deny Americans the right to import this car especially If they want that to be the car they drive. it has been found to be completely ridiculous that the Land of the free has denied people the right to find freedom in a car.
