Allow the acceptance and collection of public funds towards NASA missions, projects, and experiments.

This petition is to request congress to allow NASA and associates of NASA to accept funds through the general public (IE charity, crowd-sourced fundraisers).

With direct public funds, NASA will be able to allocate money to more missions and research without strain on the national budget.
