Allow Active Duty Military and Military Retirees with Tricare Prime to OPT out of Obamacare healthcare reform.

Please allow all Active Duty / Reserve and Retired Military whom are enrolled in Tricare Prime Healthcare for Service Members to be able to keep their current healthcare plan with Trocare Prime and be able to OPT OUT of Obamacare or any other healthcare reform, mandate or tax that will increase their yearly costs of Tricare Prime or take away from their quality of care which was earned.
