Allow active duty military to seek behavior health care without fear of being discharged because of it.

Created by C.U. on March 07, 2012

Soldiers returning from battle or hostile lands, are required to fill out a behavioral health form. The returning soliders know they can not be honest on the form for risking loosing their job/being medically discharged if they are sufferering from PTSD, Depression, Substance abuse and the like. The suicide rate is high for returning soldiers and they are not getting proper care without risk of loosing their jobs. Allow our soldiers the right to behavior health care without repercussions.
