Allow active duty service members to carry firearms both on and off duty and while traveling commercially.

Military members are constantly used by government agencies for security, threat assessment, k-9 and bomb detection/assessment. There is no reason why active duty military, which most are more trained and experienced with weapons safety and handling, cannot carry a firearm.
