We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Allow Active Duty Service Members to retire with 16 Active Duty Service years and 4 National Guard/Reserve Service years

Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, that have served 15 years + 4 or more years National Guard/Reserve receive the ability to retire from service and receive retirement benefits immediately. This will decrease members in the Armed Forces decrease overall funding for the Armed Forces until the new retirement system takes affect.
