A soldier should be allowed to Retire or finish his/her 20 years of service regardless of his/her rank if he/she is within 120 days or sooner from his/her retirement time.
When an active Duty Member has served his country and is injured while on active duty several times If the soldier's physical disabilities acquired prevented him from meeting Army's Physical Standards, he nor his family should be penalized as he did serve his Country.
The soldiers whom dedicated their lives to serving the country should not be penalized for the Department of Defense Budget Cuts.
