We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Allow Active, Retired and Separated military personnel who meet the following criteria to carry concealed Nation-Wide.

Active
• Is at minimum, a non-commissioned officer.
• Is authorized by the organization to carry a firearm.
• Is not subject to any disciplinary action by the organization that could result in confinement, early separation or reduction below that of a non-commissioned officer.
• Has endorsement by a summary court martial convening authority.
Retired and Separated
• Have a DD-214 showing separation under honorable conditions.
• Before separation, have been a non-commissioned officer or higher.
• During the most recent 12 month period, (1) met the State’s standards for training and qualification to carry a concealed weapon, (2) complete the NRA handgun qualification course conducted by a state certified firearms instructor using own privately owned firearm and personally procured ammunition.
