Allow for the adoption of the immigrant children abandoned by their Central American parents and sent to the US.

As a family struggling to have children and willing to give these children a family and home, I request the parental rights to these children be terminated and adoption proceedings started, so these children may realize the American dream as a part of an American family with citizenship granted in the future.
