Allow adults with suspended licenses due to back child support to obtain a driver license work permit.

Created by J.B. on May 17, 2013

Allow adults who have had their license suspended due to back child support to obtain a driver license work permit so that they may have the legal ability to get to work and make money that will pay on the back child support. Once a permit is allowed, there should be a review every 3 months or 6 months to ensure that payments are being made accordingly or they will lose the permit as well. (Naturally there would need to be regulations in place, but allow them the right to at least get to work)
