Allow African American females to have safe natural hair styles

African American female in.all branches of the military suffer from not being able to have naturally healthy hair styles. Yes some black females are lucky and can grow there hair Jekyll and unnaturally but aloud of us are not as lucky. Uniformity is OK and all but that's just like asking black females to die there skin there hair is the same way. I have been in the military for 5 years now and my hair is still the same length as when the navy cut it 5years ago
