It is our sincere wish that Alaska be allowed to secede from the current United State's Government and allowed to form our own constitutional government for our people. We wish to Secede based on but not limited to the following legal and moral ground's.
1) Continued violation's of Constitutional law as well as Civil and Human right's. Including but not limited to The 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 12th, and 14th Amendment's of The United State's Constitution and Bill of Right's.
2) Dereliction of duty and failure to protect the American people at home and abroad and fostering hostility against said people through its actions and Foreign Policies.
3) Financial and economical despotism and failure to remedy the cause or stem the decay thereof.
