Allow all Americans the ability to pump their own gas.

In every state except Oregon and New Jersey people are allowed to pump their own gas. In these two states people are forced to wait for an employee of the gas station to pump it for them. Sometimes the wait for someone to help is longer than the time it would take if the driver was allowed to do it themselves. Assuming that station owners made employees available to help drivers who needed help, the rest of the public should have a choice whether they pump the gas themselves.
