Allow ALL Americans to exercise their constitutional right to peaceably assemble

I believe that it is time for "THE" leader and president of this United States to act against the police brutality that has been perpetrated against we the people who exercise their right of "the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." This would be the first amendment to OUR constitution!
