Allow ALL AMERICANS to vote, Felons should have the right to vote especially if Illegals, non citizens, can vote.

Allow ALL AMERICANS 18 & up the right to vote. Felons are citizens and should have a voice. If Illegals, non citizens, have the right to vote for American issues and Government, then felons, citizens who have made a mistake, should have the right to vote.
