Allow all Americans to work without being subject to drug screening as this method is prejudice.

Its time Americans have the right to work without having to change their personal lives. Just because cannabis is illicit in many states to posses it is not illegal to have in your body's system and therefore we the people should not be subject to prejudice actions by companies that require drug tests to hire an employee. Drug screening is hurting job economy, everyday thousands are fired or not hired simply because they have thc or another drug in their urine. Even though these men /women could be harder workers than those who choose a sober life that choice should not be held against one when getting or keeping a job. Workers should be gauged by the quality work they do and not what's in their bodily wastes. Removing companies rights to drug screen will help millions of us get jobs!
