Many people in Texas have expressed disgust with the grand success of the American "experiment" in Democracy and the creation of the wealthiest, most powerful nation in the history of the world. Many Texans say they hate their president, detest any efforts to help the unfortunate among us, and support war and related policies which bring billions to defense industries in their state. Their governor has asserted that Texas has the right to leave the Union under the terms agreed to when it joined.
Legal, fair means should be established to allow the voters of other states, all 49, to grant permission to Texas to leave the Union. Constitutional means should also be established to expel Texas in the event 66%, a super majority, vote nationally in a plebiscite in favor of expulsion.
