I recognize that the government is not acting in best nature of how my taxes are spent. I am asking that the senate and congress allow the citizens to choose how the taxes dollars are spent. If you want your taxes to go to infrastructure, military,government assistance, you can choose which one. This will allow the people to choose what is needed ,not the government. This will also cut how the government can spend not allowing them to over spend. If they don't have money for that project then it fails and people have spoken.
