allow all citizens of U.S territories to vote for the President of the United States of America

Created by A.A. on January 21, 2013

Today, January 21, we are having many celebrations honoring the re-electing of President Obama. But did you know that people living in Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands CANNOT vote for the President of the United States? The District of Columbia (D.C) used to have that same problem but that mistake was corrected. Yet the people in these territories are denied this right EVERY year, and have been for many years! With all the new changes in this world and all the advancements, i think it's about time our people get what they deserve!!! Join the fight for basic rights in our territories!
