Allow all citizens in "vote-by-mail" states to post their ballots using the USPS for free, with no postage required.

Created by A.F. on August 04, 2015

Members of Congress are permitted to send postal mail for official purposes at no cost using their "franking privileges." These privileges should be extended to every citizen in the case of returning a ballot for any federal, state or local election. Exercising the right to vote should not carry a financial burden.
