Allow all citizens to vote upon which paid sectors of government should remain and which services should be eradicated.

We need a petition dedicated to monitoring and limiting the payroll in Washington. Many economic bubbles can be traced back to individuals and organizations with heavy government ties. Auditing all taxes and income, bank accounts and trust funds, foreign and domestic, will allow the people to find the perpetrators who are in violation of the constitutional rights of the people. Ron Paul has offered to make his annual pay-rate at somewhere around $30,000. No member in Washington should have an above middle-class paying job. This mandate will root out the cause of incompetence in Washington and it is called money.
