American citizens are not making economic progress in pace with Wall Street. This is largely due to the fact that most college educated citizens are swimming in large amounts of student loan debt.
Our proposal would allow all citizens who have federal student loans to refinance or borrow at a flat interest rate of 3%. This would help to alleviate some of the burdensome monthly debt that a majority of middle class families are under, while still allowing for some profit by banks and the federal government.
