A family should not have to pay out of pocket for a wheelchair, test, hearing enhancers, etc. This kind of health care should fully cover everything from medicine to hospital bills. The disablement has to be permanent or for over 18 months. You will only have the health care untill your illness is over and confirmed by a doctor.
