At the time of this petition, Commissaries and base exchanges are only accessible to current active, reserve, and guardsmen serving the military and their dependent families. These members are able to bring in guests with no military affiliation to shop with their access. Veterans who have fought and put their lives on the line alongside those who have access are barred from entrance to this wonderful benefit. Please sign this petition to support a change in policy to allow all veterans who carry a valid Veteran's Administration Card access to this benefit!
