Allow all law abiding citizens the ability to own and purchase machine guns made after May of 1986.

1) Repeal the Hughes Amendment.

2) Disallow the addition of excess government taxes aimed at preventing persons of the "middle class" and impoverished from owning these weapons.

3) Allow the common citizen to purchase these weapons at the same cost quoted to the United States Armed Forces.

4) Make no law limiting the amount of ammunition or ammunition components maintained by the common citizen.
