This is simply put, our elected leaders aren't agreeing to anything anymore and things aren't being done to change in Congress therefore we need a change. If we limit the terms to member of the house of Representatives then we can therefore champion change in the way they take our issues seriously. They are not interested in good will of the people, but continuing a game of politics, therefore it needs to change. I am sure we can elect leaders that will vote on reforms and issues at the heart of all Americans.
