Allowing United States Military Veterans the same benefits as a Active Duty and/or Retired service member. Create a separate Identification (ID) Card to show the individual is a prior service member, allowing them to continue having access through the Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) and Morale Welfare Recreational (MWR). Veterans would benefit from this and continue to keep morale up amongst the Active Duty service members.
