allow all the people of USA to ask for money any way they want as long as they state they have been victimized.

All the people from around the world are asking,one way or the other,for money and i know that from personal experience.One example is a metro light rail security person asking somebody"to be fair and pay their fare".Becouse everybody around us is asking for money some of us end up no money and therefore we have no real value to the society we live in.As a result such a person is experiencing a wide range of bad experiences and emotions leading them into depression and other mental and social health problems.A lot of us people believe that prevention is the key and i believe this petition is part of it.I also believe there is no difference between a victim asking for money on the corner of one street or a private property and a business who advertises ways to make money.
