allow ALL prior US Military (within age requirements) with RE4 discharges to proudly serve in the US Military once more.

Created by J.H. on November 14, 2012

There are many prior Military servicemen and women that were discharged under an RE4 from all branches. Many of these servicemen & women weren't given a fair decision when discharged. Now, due to this RE code they are forced to struggle through life and find it very difficult to become productive Americans. Many, like myself, were productive troops and only made ONE mistake...and are judged by society as being "cowards". This is not true, nor is it a fair judgment. Allow RE4's from ALL branches the chance to clear their names and become better Americans. Everyone deserves a second chance...why spend more training new people when there are so many prior service that wish to wear the uniform once more. Change the regs Mr. President, it's the right thing to do.
