We petition the federal government to separate the central coast of Texas, including Harris County, from the state of Texas.
The laws in Texas being so egregious that a significant percentage of the voting age population has been deprived of its right to representation such that democracy can no longer function. In particular, moral laws have been used by the rural population to deprive the urban population centers their fair share of representation by means of using ever stricter laws and penalties to insure the low income and minority communities cannot vote.
The situation has become irreparable as the rural population now wish to leave the American Union in order to further enslave targeted communities and stifle democracy.
