allow all soldiers who see fit to uphold the oath they took to defend the United States Constitution to do so

All soldiers who understand that the men who are handing down orders to them are themselves no longer obeying the constitution(congress & white house) should have the right to step down with an honorable discharge. For we (soldiers) took an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
