Allow all southern states seeking to secede from the U. S. the right to form the NEW Confederate States of America.

In 1861 secessionists argued that the United States Constitution was a compact among states, an agreement which each state could abandon without consultation. Based upon the constitution, the southern states formed the Confederate States of America. We seek the United States government to allow all southern states that have expressed their right to secede from the Union, the right to form the NEW Confederate States of America and preserve the rights and abilities granted to us by our forefathers.
