allow all states and employes of the states to have the right to vote to join or not to join any unions,not forced to .

Free right to work . Will allow more people to work on more jobs and increase the working force and save tax payers by reducing unemployment benefits. No union dues means more money for the worker to spend. All employes should be paid according to their ability and treated with respect by their fellow employes, supervisors, and union leaders. There should not be any restrictions on anyone who is good at his/her job or title. No state should be burden with laws that bind that states' rights for it's people to earn a descent wages for him/her's people. Especially from out of state trouble makers and thugs. Employee should have say on the money he provides for political offices.
