15 year olds are perfectly capable of driving a vehicle. If they can pass the test, they have the rest. What is a one year difference. If you're worried about your child being on the road driving because they're terrible at it, don't worry odds are they won't pass the test. So it'll be fine. Honestly, if you pass the test, it shouldn't matter what your age is.
