For the sake of travelers passing through states, or visiting states, with restrictions on fire arms it should be legal for one to posses and carry a CHL and handgun from a different state. abiding by the limitations of the state. and not pertaining to the states residence. one should not be convicted of felony charges for possessing a fire arm if following all laws of the CHL.
