I would like to petition the U.S. Government to allow the people of The United States of America to choose by ballot if there should be an amendment to the Constitution on term limits for all members of Congress.
2 year terms per member
No member of Congress shall serve more than 8 years
No pensions until age 70 and then only $10,000 year for each year served maximum of 20 years
No government insurance after terms are up
