Allow all states that wish to leave the United States, leave, and those that wish to stay can.

Those states that decide not to leave the united states, shall receive all against the succession, thus they can live amongst themselves. Those opposed should be banished to their respective places, and go on with their business. No foreign aid will be given to those Supporters of the United States. ALL STATES MUST SUPPORT EACH OTHER! WE MUST WORK TOGETHER TO REMOVE OURSELVES FROM THE STUPIDITY OF OUR OFFICIALS, AND CORRUPTION OF OBAMA, HIS CABINET, AND ALL OF HIS SUPPORTERS!
