Allow all student loans (including federal) to be discharged in bankruptcy court.

The cost of higher education has caused students to incur very large amounts of debt. The higher education system has turned into a business that takes advantage of students /families that look to acquire an education so they may obtain a reasonably paying job in the competitive job market of the USA. Many times the terms and conditions of the student loans were not fully explained to the students/families. Students are allowed to borrow unreasonable amounts of debt. When no jobs are available it is very difficult if not impossible to discharge student loan debt. There needs to be major reform on how student loans are awarded.
